The Butcher’s Rise Outduels the Pyre

The last two Baron Division champions met with the early lead at stake. Flaming Dragon had answered a poor opener with 185 points in Week 2. Parmesan Paladins had opened with 205, then fallen to Tsuenami Mami. Both came to Week 3 with something to prove.

Parmesan won the argument, 173.16–151.78.

Jahmyr Gibbs supplied 41.9, the best running back score in the Realm. Derrick Henry added 26.6, and the Paladins reclaimed the scoring force that had announced their new banner in Week 1. Across three seasons and several names, Parmesan’s franchise now leads Flaming Dragon 4–1. Flaming’s lone victory came in the 2024 playoff semifinal. The Paladins have taken the three meetings since.

Flaming Dragon had enough fire to make this a contest, but left plenty unspent. Sleeper rated its lineup at 74% of a 204.52-point maximum. Kenyon Sadiq scored 27 on the bench. Parmesan had unused points of its own, so the hypothetical lineups do not rewrite the result. They do make the next meeting worth circling.

For now, the 2025 Baron champion has beaten its 2024 predecessor and taken first place on points for. The Butcher’s Rise stands at the front of the division.

The State of the Realm

Three weeks in, Stroud of Darkness is the only unbeaten House. Its 3–0 start and 560.14 points for have opened daylight in the Imperial Division, where DolosDawgz is the closest pursuer at 2–1.

The Baron has no such separation. Parmesan Paladins, Outworld Order, Diamond Horde, and Tsuenami Mami all stand at 2–1. Flaming Dragon sits one game back despite another 150-point performance. North Medford Nightmare remains winless, though its rebuild came within one Monday night push of changing that.

Week 3 gave the Imperial a clear leader. It gave the Baron a dispute.

We Remain

Stroud’s scores have fallen each week: 192.62, 187.34, 180.18. That is the sort of decline the rest of the Realm would gladly accept.

The Reckoning scored 142.74, its third straight week above 140, and still lost by 37.44. Brock Bowers returned and delivered 32.6, while Trey McBride added 21.0. The two-tight-end attack Stroud had been waiting to field finally arrived at full strength. Jaxon Smith-Njigba contributed 35.36 for good measure.

Bowers and Smith-Njigba took Sleeper’s Tight End and Wide Receiver of the Week honors. Stroud took the win, the week’s largest margin of victory, and an even firmer hold on first place in the Imperial.

This is no one-week flare. Stroud is the only 3-0 House and leads the Realm with 560.14 points, 57.50 clear of the next highest scorer. The CinderHeart has cleared 180 in every game, and even its lowest output was the second-highest score of Week 3. Three opponents have had a look at the standard, and none has found an answer.

We Remain.

The Other Battles

Outworld Claims the High Score

Outworld Order 180.54, Tsuenami Mami 163.22. Outworld’s Week 2 loss to Diamond Horde looked less like a warning after it answered with the highest score in the Realm. Bijan Robinson delivered 40.1 and Sam Darnold added 33.86. Outworld edged Stroud for the weekly scoring lead by just 0.36 and handed Tsuenami her first defeat.

Lady Susan did not go quietly. Brock Purdy’s 39.68 earned Quarterback of the Week, and Tsuenami’s 163.22 was the highest losing score of Week 3. Her team has scored more in each successive week. The unbeaten record is gone; the threat is not.

Jake Gets Off the Snide

Jake 142.32, Forward Progress 129.10. Week 2 pushed back every time Jake pressed a button. Week 3 finally rewarded him. The FrostSpire earned its first victory, and Sleeper named Jake Best Manager for scoring 93% of his best possible lineup. Unbothered sounds a little more convincing with a win attached.

Forward Progress has now lost two straight since its opening victory. After scoring 162.80 against Stroud and still losing in Week 2, it managed 129.10 here, finishing 20% below projection. The EverMarch needs a response.

Diamond Holds on Monday

Diamond Horde 147.34, North Medford Nightmare 142.36. Nightmare came hard on Monday night. Diamond held on by 4.98, the narrowest margin of the week. Garrett Wilson’s 26.7 gave the Horde a timely return from the deal that brought him to the Pressure Vaults.

NMM is 0–3, but this was no empty rebuilding week. It scored 33% above projection and pushed a Baron contender to the final night. Pressure Creates Us may be Diamond’s motto, but the Horde was not the only House that showed some resolve.

Dolos Keeps Pace

DolosDawgz 153.58, Mystic River Mayehem 146.10. Dolos has answered an opening loss with scores of 159.08 and 153.58. She is 2–1, second in the Imperial, and making consistency look considerably more dangerous than spectacle.

Mayehem made this close, which made its bench all the more painful. Jacoby Brissett scored 30.4 while starter Drake Maye scored 2.56. That one switch would have overturned the 7.48-point defeat. Sleeper gave Brissett its quarterback benchwarmer honor. The result, however, belongs to the lineup that took the field.

Four Banners Over Baron

Parmesan leads the four-way tie with 502.64 points for. Outworld follows at 470.82, Diamond at 455.22, and Tsuenami at 436.46. Those totals tell only part of the story.

Parmesan owns the division’s biggest single-week explosion and has now beaten Flaming Dragon. Outworld just claimed the Week 3 scoring crown. Diamond has recovered from a high-scoring opening loss with two wins. Tsuenami opened 2–0 and then scored a season high in defeat. None has taken a clean path to 2–1, and none has made a convincing case to be dismissed.

The old Baron champions supplied this week’s featured clash. The next wave is already at the gate.

The highest-scoring bench players by position were Jacoby Brissett (30.4), Ollie Gordon (16.4), Kalif Raymond (21.0), and Kenyon Sadiq (27.0). Their points did not all carry the same consequence, but Week 3 offered plenty of proof that the bench has stories of its own.

The Next Page

Week 4 wastes no time testing the order that Week 3 established. Stroud faces Dolos, first against second in the Imperial Division. In the Baron, Outworld meets Flaming Dragon and Diamond faces Tsuenami. Parmesan draws North Medford Nightmare, fresh off a near upset.

The Paladins have the early Baron lead. Stroud stands alone across the Realm. Both positions will be tested before the ink on this page has dried.
